Did you know using the advanced PDF options, you can secure the PDF versions of the report output.

From the Cognos portal, Perform the below steps.

When the users who receive the PDF output in their email or if they try to open a saved copy from the Cognos portal, they will be prompted to enter the password as displayed below.
