The below mentioned steps should be followed during instances where an existing CAFE report needs to be migrated from one instance to another( i.e Development to Production server).
Open the Cognos CAFE’ Crosstab report.
Follow the directions in the post “Switch Source” and update the TM1 datasource connection with destination server information.
Highlighting the rows 2 and 13 in the exploration, right-click and click “Unhide”.
Double-click on the System name.
From the list, select the System and package which the report needs to migrated to and select OK.
The Crosstab report will get updated with the data from the new system.
